I have the "Date Text Format" preference set to "Long".

The calendar likes to use month numbers in most option menus (though it uses
names in most (all?) of the actual calendar displays.  I would like an option to
get month names everywhere.  It's currently using month numbers in the Start,
End, Until, and Exceptions fields in the Edit Event dialog.

Perhaps there should be more choices for that preference: Long (full month
names), Short (3-letter month names), and Numeric (what "short" is now.)

(Frankly, I always have to start counting exhaustively from january to figure
out what month corresponds to a number...)
