When a live bookmark entry has an ASCII character entity, Firefox displays it in
it's original form. For example, if an entry has the title 'Cingular-AT&T
Wireless Merger Complete', Firefox will just display it as-is, but it should be
dissplaying it as 'Cingular-AT&T Wireless Merger Complete'

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a live bookmark
2. Wait for an entry that has an ASCII entitity in it
3. Look at said entry in live bookmarks list



Expected Results:  
It should convert the ASCII characters into their regular form, i.e. & to &,
 etc.
