When adding an all day annual event on March 28th 2004, the event also displays
on March 29th 2004 in Month view - however in the events list is only shown as
March 28th. I have only been able to produce this on this date, other random
and similar days/dates don't reproduce the problem (ie. other events on a
Sunday, or on the 28th of another month).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change calender view to Month View.
2. Create a new event on the 28th of March 2004.
3. Check the "This event lasts all day" box.
4. Select event status as "Confirmed".
5. Change the recurrence to repeat ever 1 year forever.
6. Create the event (select ok).
Actual Results:
The event that is now scheduled all day on the 28th of March 2004 (repeating
each year) also displays on the 29th of March 2004 - and each following year.

Expected Results:
The event should only show up on the 28th of March as an all day event - not as
a regular event over two days.
it is a daylight savings bug and a dup (should also happen around the end of
October)

I suggest mark as dup of Bug# 167886
