under Explorer it does send, not open the window from Mailclient

Steps to Reproduce:
1.submit form
2.open mailclient window
3.wait for manual submit 

Actual Results:  
the same

Expected Results:  
send the form, does not opne the Mailclient window

Reporter, I do *not* understand why you opened this bug to close it just after.

If the bug still exists, you should leave in the state UNCONFIRMED until someone
with the right priviledge can confirm it.

Could you create a web page that reproduces the problem, and Create a New
Attachment containing that file ?

Nothing in Mozilla was broken or fixed.
