Maybe somebody has better idea for the name of view.

Workaround: View->Messages->Customize..., create Filter, that matches every of the labels.

Actually, you create a filter for Label, isn't, None This feature is available and working, so =>WFM I think it's highly unlikely that a new default view for this option would be implemented. xref bug 216480.
