I selected in the preferences that links which are opened by some application
should open the link in a new Tab instead of a new Window and that links on
websites which want to open a new Window open a new Tab.

Now when I want to open the Homepage of an Extension.
But instead of opening it in a new Tab it opens a new Window.
It should also open a new Tab.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. activate the options which I mentioned above
2. open the Extension Manager
3. right click on some extension
4. click Visit Homepage
Actual Results:  
new Window will be opened

Expected Results:  
new Tab should be opened in the Firefox window which started the Extension
Manager or in the last active Firefox Window
