"New Folder" is a useless option.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on News & Blogs.
2. Click New Folder.

Actual Results:
It creates an empty folder with no associated subscription.

Expected Results:
In this case, the New Folder dialog (possibly, but not necessarily renamed to
New Subscription) should ask for a feed URL instead of a folder name, and it
should subscribe to that feed.
Actually a lot of people like to have their feeds in a set of subfolders, to
give it some hierarchy. In this case, it is quite useful to have empty parent
folders.
(There are bugs with this at the moment, but it should work...)
That's a reasonable use for it, but it's out of sync with the conventions of the
Thunderbird interface. (At least if you think, as I do, that RSS feeds are more
like newsgroups than like e-mail.) In newsgroup accounts, Thunderbird doesn't
allow for hierarchical organization using subfolders.
Seeing as bug 261883 is now fixed, we can actually store RSS feeds in subfolders.
So this should probably be marked as invalid...
I still think that it's superflous UI to have both folders and newsfeeds.
mscott, could you say how you feel about this?
Since you can have multiple feeds into a single folder -- and quite usefully, in
my opinion -- the UI is clearly not superfluous.
