The UI would be cleaner if we did away with the RSS Subscriptions dialog. 

It has three functions: Add, Edit, and Delete subscriptions. Add should be done
via dragging a URL over to the News & Blogs folder, and via the UI suggested in
bug 250837 comment 5. Even better exposed UI is suggested in bug 266311 (New
Folder... should work correctly).

Edit should be done via bug 266313 (folder properies should work correctly).

Delete works fine now by right-clicking the folder to be deleted.

If folks want non-right-click UI, which is understandable, see bug 250837.
