Automatic Upgrade from PR to RC looks like it has completed, but upon restart, 
I get a modal error dialog with

"XML Parsing Error: undefined entity.  Location: 
chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Line Number 910, Column 33:
chromedir = "&locale.dir;">

with a pointer to the &

I'd like to confirm this to be a bug, my OS is w2kSP4, just in case it helps.
I can confirm also, w2ksp3 at a libraries computer.  I also noticed this in the
install log after the upgrade:

I realize its unlikely to get in before 1.0 goes out the door... but this should
be marked NEW and flagged blocking-aviary1.0? 
I have not experienced this bug myself since I always download nightlies but
since so many people have seen this I'll confirm it.

This is most likely a dupe of bug 266375, which fixed the installation error in
"Register Locale: jar:resource:/chrome/en-US.jar!/locale/autoconfig/".

Please try this again with an update from PR to RC2. Using the instructions from
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/qa/softwareupdate.html, you'll get RC2.
