Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Attemp download with file ending exe/zip etc 2.Problem occurs 3. Actual Results: Unable to download Expected Results: Save a file to temp folder or other designated folder

Likely a dup of bug 227439. Can you either delete compreg.dat or go to about:plugins and then try again?
