The site http://www.childsplaycharity.org/ draws extremely slowly in Firefox.
Make sure all the images have loaded, including the background image, and try
scrolling the site. Each redraw of the page to a new scroll position takes more
than one second to draw on my computer. The site draws and scrolls smoothly and
practically instantly on IE on the same computer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://childsplaycharity.org/ in Firefox (you may need the flash plugin
installed!)
2. Wait until all images load, including the background image
3. Scroll the page

Actual Results:
Firefox became really slow when scrolling the page

Expected Results:
Scrolled smoothly, like IE
WFM on trunk, and on 1.0.4 branch. Dunno whether this was a design change on
the site, but I seem to recall it having a fixed background image at one point,
which is known to be slow and is a longstanding known bug.
