There is a language entry for Dutch and one for Dutch/Belgium, but none for the
other two regional varieties of Dutch (Dutch/Netherlands and Dutch/Suriname)in
Preferences.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools -> Options -> General -> Languages



Actual Results:  
Languages Dutch/Netherlands and Dutch/Suriname are missing from the list.

Expected Results:  
Show these regional varieties of the language as well.

Now "Dutch [nl]" and "Dutch/Belgium [nl-be]" are mentioned, but "Dutch/Suriname
[nl-sr]" is still missing. Not sure which formal source mozilla uses for the
population of this list, it might need verification.

Note that the new preferences window moved the language setting to Options ->
Advanced -> General -> Edit Languages...

I think it's a good idea to add Dutch/Suriname and to structure the different
Dutch locales like the English locales. A patch is attached (against en-US.jar).
Apart from this patch, the following lines need to be added to
res/language.properties:

nl-nl.accept = true
nl-sr.accept = true

What does it take to get this patch adopted in an actual release of Firefox or Mozilla?

And does the patch include nl-NL for Dutch/Netherlands?

Nearly 10 years since I filed this simple bug. And the situation persists. Just nl and nl-be. Either remove nl-BE or add nl-NL and nl-SR please.
