User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10.1

The web page is contains many boxes - i.e. content sections - each inside a
<div> tag. Each box is displayed, one after the other, in a single column.
Instead, the boxes should be laid out in a table.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. look at www.tiscali.de in firefox
2. look at www.tiscali.de in i.e.
3. compare

Actual Results:
In ie, the site displays correctly. In firefox, it doesn't

Expected Results:
The boxes should be laid out as in ie

I have screen shots, if you like
note one long column
this is how the page should look
The page looks right in:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1

Do you still see the problem?
WFM - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050228
Firefox/1.0+
I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is applicable but I wanted to submit it here
before creating a new bug.

When you have two <div>s nested inside a single <div>, both with float
attributes (one is float: left and the other float: right) then they seem to be
getting removed from the parent float as seen in in attachment
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=177433. However, when the float
attributes are removed completely they are placed back in the parent div.

I've tried changing the 'clear' attribute but that didn't seem to help.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
