Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1

During the installation procedure, the installer of the french build is asking
to use Mozilla Europe's website as start page.
But instead, at first access, the navigator is requesting
http://start.mozilla.org/firefox/?FR-fr&act=2

I suggest to correct the sentence in the installer

Seen on windows. Due to proxy problems, cannot access to the start page at the
opening of Firefox.

important notice : Oué, vas-y Tristan ! On va les faire trembler aux Ullis !

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.get Installer of the french edition of Firefox 1.0 RC1
2.use Installer
3.start Firefox

Actual Results:
start page at http://start.mozilla.org/firefox/?FR-fr&act=2

Expected Results:
Should have been Mozilla-Europe.org as stated in the installer
Didn't saw the "offending" page during installation procedure on Linux. Only
Windows ?

Can you still reproduce it with recent builds (Firefox 1.5) ?
