Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1

In both the extension and theme managers, when a extension/theme is right
clicked and the "Visit Home Page" option is selected, the page opens in a new
window.

In light of the new Tabbed Browsing options in 1.0RC1 however, these pages
should open in a new tab if the 'Force links that open a new window to open in:
a new tab' option is selected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Options/Advanced/Tabbed Browsing
2. Ensure that 'Force links that open a new window to open in: a new tab' is
selected and the 'a new tab' radio button is selected
3. Open Extension or Themes Manager
4. Right click any Extension or Theme
5. Select 'Visit Home Page'

Actual Results:
The home page opens in a new window.

Expected Results:
The home page should have been opened in a new tab within the current window
