Using 2.18 release advance Search template does not display. Tried using Mozilla
1.7.2 and IE. Installed 2.18.rc2 first, - advanced search did not work. 
Copied database from 2.17, Advanced Search did not work. Then upgraded to
2.18.rc3. Still did not work. Tried copying my custom templates to new server,
had no effect.

Actual Results:  
on IE. Pressing <Search> tries to download - does not load either search template.
on Mozilla 1.7.2 <search> only displays Find a Specific bug template.

Expected Results:  
display advance search template

the default directory was written over by old templates.
