The first time you open the tools - options UI in a browser session it will not
respond apart from the cancel button. Second time and onwards works great.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Goto Tools
3.Goto Options
4. Click anywhere but cancel.
5. Click Cancel.
6. Go back to 2- 4 and it works.

Actual Results:  
it eventually worked, but only the second time

Expected Results:  
it should have functioned correctly the first time.

this may have been fixed in RC1, but i will wait for the full 1.0 before i use RC 1.

[e-mail]: I can confirm that this bug is not fixed for me with
Firefox 1.0 as released. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled with no effect.

filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
