1. Download a zip file, choosing to "open with" winzip.
2. Winzip opens and reads the archive.
3. Quit Firefox

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Winzip complains that somebody deleted the archive.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should not delete the downloaded file when you quit.
Duplicate of Bug 191239. Please resolve it.
