i'm running chatzilla via firefox and i use mozilla for browsing, when i click
links in chatzilla it automatically opens them in firefox. The reason for
running like this was to keep my browsing and chat separate and i cannot do this
if chatzilla windows open in firefox - not my default.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a link inside chatzilla

Actual Results:
link opens in the browser instance that spawned chatzilla

Expected Results:
link opens in default browser (optionally?)

Just to quickly document the changes in 0.9.67 that fix this bug...

In the options for URL link opening, there are three existing values:
    goto-url
    goto-url-newwin
    goto-url-newtab

All fairly clear, no?

0.9.67 adds a ne wpossible value, "goto-url-external", which passes off the URL
to the host OSes URL handling, whatever that may be. Note that the context menu
commands still allow you to open a link in the three 'normal' ways, even when
all four preferences are set to the external version.
