If you delete the last message in a dummy thread, e.g., group by date, then the group dummy row won't get removed and gets displayed incorrectly (e.g., if it was "Today", it could get displayed as "Old Mail" instead of being removed. Fix upcoming.

the index of the dummy header is actually the view index -1 now...
