User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

When I load this page, there are quote marks in the text
that first look like a quote mark with a black square beneath.
Then, if I scroll the page up and down, black splotchy lines
get rendered extending down the page from each quote mark.
I have the following extensions installed:

Linkification
Image Zoom
Chatzilla
Javascript Debugger
JS Console Extras
WebmailComponent
jsLib Lite (disabled because doesn't support Firefox PR on OS/X)
Tweak Network Settings
Copy Plain Text

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/3956061.stm
2. Scroll page

Actual Results:
Black streaks decending from quote marks.
WFM: Win XP Home SP2 Firefox 1.0RC1 Celeron
I can no longer reproduce this bug with FF 1.0
