click the cyberclass menu and the menu at the left will appear but not
clickable, it should be clickable so the page linked to it will appear at the
right pane.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.to to site http://cko.hannam.ac.kr
2.click cyberclass menu
3.click on the menu at the left

Actual Results:  
nemu is not clickable

Expected Results:  
it should be clickable and upon clicking the page link to it will be displayed
at the right pane
