The status bar, horizontal scroll bar, and scroll arrows for the vertical scroll
bar are positioned off of the screen in full screen mode.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any web page.  
2.Choose View/Full Screen


Actual Results:  
The status bar, horizontal scroll bar, and scroll arrows for the vertical scroll
bar are positioned off of the screen in full screen mode.  

Expected Results:  
Not made the windows so big that these elements are off the screen.

Duping to Bug 173155 because it's a similar issue.  Reporter, if you feel this
was done in error please REOPEN.
