If you go to the Import Wizard and select any of the programs to import from. 
Click Next and you should be promted to select the items.  Uncheck all of the
items and click back.  Once you do this, the next button is disabled and can
only cancel out of the import wizard.  Minor bug.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Import Wizard and select any program to import from
2. Unselect all of the items and click back
3. Next button disabled.



Expected Results:  
The next button should be active so that you can go back into the items so that
you can check them.

Issue also occurred under Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041028 Firefox/1.0RC1 Windows XP SP2.
