Let's hide the folder pane menu items that don't make sense for a virtual folder.
May also need to disable them in the menu UI too.
1) Copy Folder Location
2) Subscribe
3) Compact This Folder
4) Search Messages
What about Mark Folder As Read?

the fix
Hides the forementioned menu items from the context menu including mark all
read (which didn't seem to work for me).
I didn't see any menubar menu items that we needed to be disabling if a virtual
folder was selected so I didn't do anything there.
