When attempting to watch a streaming movie, clicking on the 56K/100K/300K link
doesn't result in a new window opening with the movie.  All that happens is that
the page appears to reload

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL
2. Click on 56K link
3. Page reloads, but a new window doesn't appear

Actual Results:  
The page reloads but a window doesn't appear

Expected Results:  
A window should open and the movie should start streaming

when i click on an URL in a email, a blank page just comes up and it says it's
done. it won't go to the website of the URL
