It's often useful to be able to start a new mail thread to the recipients of an
already-received message: at the moment this is only easily done by using
Reply-all on that message and erasing the body and title before replacing them
with those appropriate to the new thread.

However, this doesn't reset the thread ID and so the new thread continues to be
grouped with the old. It would be great to have a UI feature to start a new
message with a new thread ID and empty title and body as usual but with the
recipients pre-filled in a sensible way (as for Reply-all, I guess) from the
already-received message. Does that make sense? :)

Confirming the RFE, it could be quite useful. Like "Edit as New" but without the old content.

Perhaps it would even stop people from creating new threads by changing the subject of old threads.
