266608 - I can't delete a remote calendar from the calendar list after I've deleted the default calendar

I subscribed to a remote calendar, then as soon as all events were 
synchronized, I deleted the default "My Calendar" and it's file.  Now I 
subscribed to another remote calendar and I can't delete the first one.  It 
brings up the "Delete Calendar" dialog box, but when I click on "Delete 
Calendar" or "Delete Calendar and File" nothing happens.  It still keeps that 
calendar in the list.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to remote calendar.
2. Delete the default "My Calendar"
3. Subscribe to another (or the same again) remote calendar.
4. Try to delete the first remote calendar.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, can't delete the calendar.

Expected Results:  
Delete the remote calendar.
