When installing FF 1.0rc1 in a custom directory it has to be created in Windows
Explorer first. FF installer doesn't create new directories.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose "Custom" install option
2. Click on "Browse"
3. Choose/Enter a non-existing (sub-)directory

Actual Results:
FF installer takes only the directory tagged by mouse.

Expected Results:
FF installer should ask if the new directory has to be created and create it if
the user chooses "yes".

The user expects installer software to create new directories. Therefore it
should be implemented in FF installer, too.
