On clicking on account name within mail.
I upgraded from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 yesterday (28/10/04), following instructions to
uninstall old version before installing the new one.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Mail
2. use cursor control or mouse to put focus to account & folder window,
3. move to Account from inbox.

Actual Results:  
Messages disappear, Error message appears instead of account management details

Expected Results:  
Messages shoudl have been replace with account information

using classic theme, start page is "chrome://messenger/locale/start.html"
Deleted installed copy, re-downloaded 1.7.3, re-ran, OK now.
