User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

I have been a long term user of Mozilla. I recently suffered a system failure
which forced a full system reinstall. This issue was unrelated to Mozilla.

However, when I reinstalled Mozilla 1.7.3 the installer completed its task and
placed icons in the expected locations.

Double clicking the icons simply has no effect.
The program does not start.
No error messages are received.

However, I have since been able to install Firefox which runs OK so I have an
alternative to IE but not my preferred Mozilla.

Any suggestions please?

Andrew

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install program
2. Double click icon to launch Mozilla

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
Program should launch
I usually wait until releases are made which are considered stable rather than
install Alpha or Beta versions. However, I downloaded 1.8 Alpha 4 and this
installation runs without trouble.

This resolves my immediate problem but there may still be an installation issue
that coulr raise its head in the future.

Is this a reproducible problem with a current Build ?
