The "Quit" menu selection from the File menu does
not exit the application as expected.

FYI: Using FVWM-2.5.12 under which ff-1.0PR was working fine.

I have the same problem on Mac OS X 10.3.6.

Firefox->Quit only works if no browser windows are open. Otherwise, it does nothing.

Still occurs in ff-1.0 (nov.9) - XF86-4.4.0 - FVWM--2.5.12
something was apparantly changed going from 1.0PR to 1.0rc1.

I'll try on Solaris9(x86) and see if I get the same error there.
Moz is notorious (in some circles) for trashing the window
focus policy of some ICCCM compliant Virtual Window Managers,
I'm not sure if this has something to do with that (although
my focus policy is definetly trashed...).

Same here, ff-1.0 (Nov 9), SuSE 9.1, gtk+ under KDE desktop.

...and again. (RedHat 9, Enlightenment window manager).

Neither the menu entry nor the keyboard shirtcut (Ctrl+Shift+Q) work, as would
be expected. (Incidentally, the shortcut mnemonic isn't shown for the Quit menu
entry.)

However, closing the last window using Close Window does work, and correctly
quits the browser.

Same under Windows XP with 1.0. This is duplicate of 266521 (I am not privileged
enough to mark it as duplicate).
