Click on "Get more extensions" ignores the tab browsing preferences.
If we specify to force links to open in new tab, it still opens the get
extensions page in a new window. even if we click with the middle mouse button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools->Option(or Edit->Preferences in Linux)
2. Click 'Advanced'
3. In tabbed browsing preferences check the "Force links to open in new
windows..." option
4. Go to Tools->Extensions
5. Click the "Get more extensions" link

Actual Results:
A new firefow window was opened with the "Get more extensions" webpage

Expected Results:
The "Get more extensions" web page should be opened in a new tab, or the current
tab according to the current preferences of tabbed browsing
