Reproduced with TB 0.9, Win2K. In Mozilla 1.8a5, the same font combobox scrolls in an expected fashion. See bug 76202. Some comboboxes that support scrolling appear to be broken in a different way, and the examples cited there are broken in both Moz and TB.

wfm on WinXP, TB 17.0.6. in composition's font dropdown, using mouse scroll wheel correctly scrolls the list without changing selection of font. Even if this wasn't working for win2k (which I don't expect), I don't think we'd fix it there. If someone can verify if this is now working on win2k, most welcome.
