User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10.1

When exporting a csv file with the address book, Thunderbird does not include
any headers. When Thunderbird imports a csv file it does not understand the
headers. I am not sure if this is standards somewhere, but I know gmail and
outlook both use headers. This also eliminates the need for specifying which
field is which.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Export address book to csv
2.
3.

Actual Results:
.csv did not contain any headers

Expected Results:
Had a headline in the first line explaining each column
Confirmed on Win2k with TB 0.9
Adding dependency on similar mozilla mailnews bug 180057 - they should be the
same code behind the scene, may just need different tweaks to the UI.
Depends on: 180057
Importing now can skip the headers field. Duping this to bug 180057 which is
now a core bug.
