Devedge which has been taken down. I would propose changing that paragraph to:

scripting tools from Netscape's evangelism group, including sidebar tabs that
can be installed in Mozilla.<i>No longer available from October 2004 (<a

No, not a dupe; I am aware of the efforts to resurrect the documentation,
however I am suggesting that a broken link on the mozilla website should be
fixed regardless of the status of the other bug.

it is actually a part of bug 264184 as it says "All references on the websites
associated with Mozilla.org should be changed."

changing summary, adding dep and confirming.

Backed out, and please don't do things like this again, since devedge being down
is expected to be temporary.

And, in particular, what I'm concerned about is making temporary changes like
this without having a very clear bug on file about what needs to be reverted
when the temporary situation is over and monitoring closely for the end of that
temporary situation.  If you're not going to do that, don't make temporary
changes, since they can accidentally become permanent.
