The Pop up blocking software does not prevent this site from launching a pop up.

I have this page in a new window.  After I close the window a new window pops up
displaying the same page.  The page will not fully close without opening a new
window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  open http://www.svbxlabs.com in a new window
2.  click the X to close window
3.  note that after you close a new window pops up with the same page loaded, it
won't close either



Expected Results:  
Software should block ALL pop ups

WFM on WinXP with Firefox RC1.  I'm marking WFM.
