in order to improve the usability of the RSS account in tbird, I think we should
improve what's seen for the RSS feeds (folders). (I couldn't quite find a bug
that covers these issues, so this does cover several issues --let me know if
separate ones should be spun off.)

when an RSS feed (folder) is selected:

a. refreshing feeds. currently the only way to do this is when the toplevel RSS
account in the folder pane is selected: then you can hit accel+T, or select the
main menu or context menu item to get messages. why not allow this action when a
n individual feed is selected?

b. context menu for an RSS feed contains quite a few items --which are really
relevant for an RSS feed? could some of these be removed, or are they all
appropriate actions?

Open in New Mail Window
Copy Folder Location
Manage Subscriptions
Mark Folder Read
New Subfolder
Rename Folder
Delete Folder
Search Messages
Properties
oh, I just doublechecked (a), and now it looks like accel+T has been implemented
to work on the individual feed level. (in older builds I had noticed that it
didn't, but it works in today's build.)
unless others disagree, this is now W4M. (since (a) works now.)
