This bug appears in Windows 98, 2000, XP, and 2003 with multiple monitors as
well. All menus appear on the monitor that the window was lauched from. After
moving firefox to a different monitor, the menu displays on the far edge to that
monitor. Firefox should call the windows api to set window position to the
current monitor of the parent window by calling it using parent window's handle
as a reference with that API.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a menu
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Menu displayed on monitor where firefox was lauched from.

Expected Results:
Menu displays on the correct monitor.
This is probably a dupe of one of:
Bug 98830 popup windows and menus misplaced on dual monitor systems.
Bug 138905 Contextual menu pops up in wrong display of two-display system.

The following bug is closed/FIXED but somebody wants to open it.

Bug 21942 [Win98] menus show up on primary monitor in a multiple monitor environment
