Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install build
2. Get error


Actual Results:  
Got dialog.

Expected Results:  
No dialog.

The procedure entry point ??1nsCOMPtr_base@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the
dynamic limk library xpcom.dll.
This bug appeared in yesterday's nightly too. 20041028xx
please try to remove any plugin other than npnul32.dll in the plugins folder

That didn't work.  Will all .dll's removed I still got the error.
