When hovering over a task it shows title, Start date and due date

When neither date has been set it shows "Nov 15, -1"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a task with no due date or start date
2. Hover over it.


Actual Results:  
Invalid date shown (Nov 15, -1)

Expected Results:  
"None" or "Not set" should be shown.

This is probably fixed by Bug 258986, which uses a temporary, cumbersome, but
more accurate way of checking whether the date has been set.   It should be
fixed after bug 220075 is finished, but there is still some work to do on that
bug to check isSet.
