The page http://www.k-arvutisalong.ee/Detailid.htm looks different in IE and
Firefox. Page contents (computer parts price list) get underlined as if it was a
link to another page, scrolling is too slow (Intel P4 3.0, 512 RAM)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to page http://www.k-arvutisalong.ee/Detailid.htm
2. wait until it gets downloaded
3. point your mouse to some text inside (eg INtel Pentium 3.0)
4. the whole price list gets underlined
5. try scrolling the page using mouse wheel
6. the scrolling is kind of laggy

Actual Results:
see steps 4 and 6

Expected Results:
there should not be any underlinig, as it is a table? not a link.
normal speed scrooling just like in IE

Intel P4 3.0 512 RAM
Windows XP SP2 (same results on Windows XP SP1/No SP)
Default browser theme
That link is no longer valid, I didn't notice any issues on any other parts of
the site, have they fixed the problem?
Seeing the same things as Pike, WFM.
