Start menu entry for profile manager missing. Should be there as it is at
Thunderbird's Start-menu folder. Why?

- Consistent appearance of all mozilla products
- Convenience, so you could re-activate old profiles after reinstallation easily
(now one has got to open a command-prompt, get to the FireFox directory and type
"firefox -p" - does John Doe now that?)

Also FireFox should use the same icons as Thunderbird does in profile manager if
possible - "consistence". Thanks for this great product!
