I create new pages, approximately weekly, each with lots of pictures. 
When I go to publish them, a "publishing" dialog appears, showing the
progress of the publication uploads.  While the publication is 
occurring, the bottom part of the dialog is clipped.  That is, the 
window that contains the dialog appears shorter than the content of 
the dialog window, so the check boxes and buttons that should be 
visible at the bottom of the dialog are not visible, or only partly
visible.  After the publication finishes (often by failing), the 
window grows larger, showing all the check boxes and buttons that 
should have been seen throughout the process.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a new page with jpg images whose URLs are relative to the page
   (in the same directory)
2. publish it. 

Actual Results:  
Publishing dialog appears, but the check box at the bottom that says 
"keep this window open after completion" is only partly visible, and 
the buttons at the bottom of the dialog are not visible at all.

Expected Results:  
The entire dialog should be visible throughout the publication process.

I will attach images of the upload dialog as it typically appears during 
and after an attempt to upload the images.  

I think this clipping behaior is new in 1.8a4, but I'm not 100% sure it
wasn't also present in 1.7 RTM.
