I renamed a folder called "Sales" to "Sales/Support". The renamed folder resides
under the "Local Folders". The system crashed after selecting the "OK" button on
the "Rename Folder" dialog box. I accessed the "Rename Folder" option by
right-clicking on the folder I wanted to rename.
