Page A in a frame refreshes to Page B. However, upon clicking "This Frame ->
View Frame Source" in the same frame, the source of Page A is shown instead of
that of Page B.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a meta refresh for a page in a frame to refresh to another page.
2. Open up the context menu (right-click), click This Frame, click View Frame
Source.
3.

Actual Results:  
I saw the source for the previous page.

Expected Results:  
I should see the source for the current page.
