Me (Bns2000), and Callek were descussing on irc about this feature. Where it
would be good to allow an advanced options for The Update System which would
notify a user about an Alpha, Beta, or a Release Candidate release as well, this
option would only be enabled if the user desired and the Stable Releases would
be the only ones seen by many (In the notification).

The users would only need to see "Beta" in the UI imo. (terminology not
set-in-stone)

+ some minor summary changes.

Not going to happen.  End users shouldn't touch "betas" if they can't find them
on their own.
