267033 - empty but invalid Trash.msf causes failure to delete

If you have empty trash on exit set, and then the Trash.msf file becomes invalid
(e.g., because you Touch Trash, or daylight saving time changes), then when you
restart, you can only delete one message...fix upcoming

don't return/set mDatabase if we've failed to open the db because its out of
date, even if the folder is empty.
