I have my main cable modem connection and a second VPN connection to work that I
use every once in a while. Ever since I got 1.0PR many web sites I visit will
cause the VPN connection dialogue to appear. The sites will not fully load until
I close this window. This doesn't occur with IE. It happens multiple times each
time I browse.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a VPN account
2. Visit the above site
3. See VPN connection dialogue appear.

Actual Results:  
The VPN connection dialogue appears.

Expected Results:  
Just go to the site.
new/unknown sites causes this ...
