Error message also showed c:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe.  
When I downloaded and ran Mozilla initially, I was able to import my settings
and data.  The crash occured when I tried to do the same thing for the other
User in the XP program.  The title of the Error message is Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime Library

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to File 
2.Click on Import
3.Request that all checked boxes (everything is checked) be imported

Actual Results:  
Received the termination notice

Expected Results:  
It should have imported data and setting from this users Internet Explorer account.

Actually, looks more like bug 239521 to me.
